Users who want to close their accounts permanently upon their own request and not to use them again, regardless of their account level, can send an e-mail to globalsupport@bitexen.com via their registered e-mail addresses in the system with the text "I request that my account registered to ***@***.com e-mail address be closed". Bitexen SAF Customer services personnel will carry out the required process.
